Quality assurance

(a) An approved preparedness program shall develop a method to assure quality of the course. The preparedness program shall assess the adequacy of course instruction for each quarter based on the method developed to assure quality in an annual report. (b) The annual report shall include, but not be limited to, a quantified expression of the following: (1) Participant enrollment in the program each quarter; and (2) Participants successfully completing the course each OAC 310:664 OKLAHOMA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH 9 June 11, 2009 quarter. (c) The annual report shall be sent to the Department not later than fourteen (14) days following completion of the fourth quarter course.
