Infection control committee

The infection control committee (or its equivalent) shall meet at
least quarterly. If central services are discussed such as the dietary
service, employee health, engineering or maintenance, housekeeping,
laundry,
material
management,
surgical
services,
pharmacy,
or

laboratory, at least one individual with appropriate background who can
speak for the relevant department(s) attends the meeting or is
consulted.
