Review and evaluation

The quality and appropriateness of social work services provided to
patients shall be regularly reviewed, evaluated, and assured through the
establishment of quality improvement mechanisms regardless of the
mechanisms used to provide social services. This shall be accomplished
and coordinated through the hospital quality improvement program.
