Basic requirements and services

The CAH shall provide basic services as described in Sections 5
through 14 of this Subchapter and comply with Subchapters 1, 3, and 5 of
OAC 310:667

this Chapter. The CAH may provide additional services beyond the basic
core of required services if applicable sections of this Chapter are
