Itemized patient bill

OAC 310:667 OKLAHOMA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH 10 September 13, 2019 After receiving a written request from a patient, survivor, or legal representative as may be appropriate, facilities shall provide an itemized statement of the specific nature of charges or expenses incurred by the patient. The facility shall have a written policy, such as chart audits, to resolve differences of opinion concerning hospital charges.
