Certification of detention facilities holding juvenile

offenders (a) The Department will coordinate with the Office of Juvenile Affairs to certify detention facilities for holding juvenile offenders based on a facility's compliance with the rules in this Subchapter [10A O.S. § 2-3- 103(E)]. (b) The designation of a detention facility as a place for the detention of juveniles is made from a list of eligible facilities supplied by the Department of Health. Eligible facilities are those facilities deemed by the Department as compliant with the applicable standards of this Chapter.
