Hearing

(a) Conducting the hearing. The hearing shall be conducted in accord with this subchapter and Chapter 2
of this Title.
(b) Investigation when hearing requested. If the certified nurse aide or nurse aide trainee requests a
hearing before the Department completes its investigation, the investigation shall be completed before a
hearing is conducted.
