Instructor qualifications

The training of home health aides and the supervision of home health aides during the supervised
practical portion of the training shall be performed by, or under the general supervision of, a registered
nurse who possesses at least two (2) years nursing experience with at least one (1) year experience
providing the following:
(1) Home care; or
(2) Instruction in a home health nurse aide training program under the supervision of a qualified
registered nurse.
