Action on referrals and reports [REVOKED]

(a) A Probable Cause Committee shall review and may recommend action to the Board on any and all referrals or reports received. (b) A formal complaint may be generated by the Board or Board staff when the Probable Cause Committee determines that a violation may have occurred.
