Hearing on involuntary transfer or discharge

A resident who is aggrieved by an involuntary transfer or discharge
may request a hearing by the Department within five (5) days of receipt
of the notice. Decisions reached in a hearing shall be binding on all
parties, unless appealed to the Commissioner of Health.
