Regulatory program established

(a) A regulatory program is hereby established under the Oklahoma State Department of Health in the OMMA, and the initiation, administration, regulation, and enforcement of such program shall be the responsibility of the OMMA or its designee. (b) All license applications, inquiries, and other correspondence shall be directly electronically submitted to and received and processed by the Oklahoma State Department of Health by the OMMA division or its designee, except as is otherwise required by law or expressly permitted in writing by the Department. (c) All applications and forms provided for under this Chapter are available on the Oklahoma State Department of Health's OMMA website at http://omma.ok.gov/.
