Proof of residency for commercial licensees
Cite as Okla. Admin. Code § 310:681-5-3.1
(a) Applicants shall provide sufficient documentation establishing
either:
(1) Oklahoma residency for at least two (2) years immediately
preceding the application submission date; or
(2) Five (5) years continuous Oklahoma residency during the twenty-
five (25) years immediately preceding the application submission
date.
(b) Applicants shall establish residency through submission of
electronic copies or digital images in color of a combination of the
following documents establishing residency for the entire span of the
applicable time period:
(1) An unexpired Oklahoma-issued driver license;
(2) An Oklahoma identification card;
(3) An Oklahoma voter identification card;

(4) Utility bills, excluding cellular telephone and Internet bills;
(5)(4) Residential property deeds or other official documentation
establishing proof of ownership of Oklahoma residential property;
(6)(5) Rental agreements for residential property located in the
State of Oklahoma;
(7)(6) Oklahoma Tax Returns showing the applicant as an Oklahoma
taxpayer; or
(8)(7) Other documentation the Department deems necessary and/or
sufficient to establish residency.
