Purpose
Cite as Okla. Admin. Code § 240:25-1-1
Title 68 O.S. Sections 1357(14) & (18), 1359(8), 2357.59(D)(2),
2902 and 54002(1) provide that the Oklahoma Employment Security
Commission will certify whether an employer has met certain conditions
under the above-cited sections of law. This Chapter provides procedures
for employers to request the certification.
