Process

(a) Eligibility. The participant must provide sufficient information for the DEQ to determine whether : (1) the participant is eligible for liability protection under the state Brownfields law; and (2) the site qualifies for the EPA enforcement bar under CERCLA. (b) Information. The participant shall provide the DEQ with information specified in 27A O.S. § 2-15-105 and this Chapter. (c) Project tracking database. The participant shall submit the name of the site, with the latitude and longitude, legal description, and street address as well as contact information for the participant.
