Approval process

(a) The DEQ will review and comment on participant’s Proposal and may ask for additional information. All additional submittals made by participant shall be in duplicate with one electronic copy. The document(s) will be added to the original Proposal as amendments. (b) When the DEQ and the participant are satisfied that the Proposal will be protective of human health and the environment and that the Proposal adequately addresses long term stewardship, the Proposal (as amended) shall be made available for public review as specified in the following section.
