criteria for toxic substances to protect the Fish and Wildlife Propagation beneficial use Cd(A) and Cd(C) are calculated for each applicable criterion where a pollutant is present at 29 measurable levels in the effluent or where an analytical detection level greater than the established MQL has been utilized.
