Quantitative effluent data in permit application [REVOKED]

Permit applicants must submit all information required in DEQ permit application forms or requested during application review and use analytical methods listed at 40 CFR Part 136 or other 16 EPA approved methods. Where there is no approved analytical method listed, the applicant must fully describe the method used for EPA and DEQ review and obtain approval prior to utilizing these data. All data submitted must be defensible analytical data.
