Hazardous waste general requirements

Owners and operators of facilities generating, treating, disposing or recycling hazardous waste
must comply with the requirements of OAC 252:205 for exclusionary siting, the federal
regulations adopted by reference, reporting, remediation, and the no endangerment and
degradation criteria to protect groundwater quality.
