Hazardous tank and container recycling. [REVOKED]

Owners and operators of facilities that recycle tanks and containers received from off-site 39 containing materials that when removed demonstrate characteristics of hazardous waste set forth in subpart C of 40 CFR 261 must comply with the requirements of OAC 252:205 for response to releases, the specific requirements of 40 CFR 261-279 for residues removed from tanks and containers, and the storage criteria for such residues to protect groundwater quality.
