Non-Industrial Impoundments and Land Application

Non-industrial wastewater impoundments and land application must follow the requirements
of OAC 252:621 for permitting, operation, maintenance, land application, monitoring and closure
to protect groundwater quality. Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs) are not
covered by this rule.
