RegisteredNon-certified helpers

An employer shall submit the name and address of each registerednon-certified helper on a
registration application with the appropriate fees when each registerednon-certified helper is
employed and thereafter by July 1 of each succeeding year the registerednon-certified helper is in
his or her employment. RegisteredNon-certified helpers may only perform duties under direct
supervision.
