Emergency Public and Private Water Supplies

(a) During emergencies, those waters designated Emergency Public and Private Water Supplies may be put to use. (b) Each emergency will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and be thoroughly evaluated by the appropriate State agencies and/or local health authorities.
