Except as specified under 310:257-9-5, a license holder shall obtain potable water from a
community, non-community or non-transient, non-community water system that meets the
requirements promulgated at 40 CFR 141 - National Primary Drinking Water Regulations and
standards in OAC 252:631 Public Water Supply Operation from the Oklahoma Department of
Environmental Quality.
