Amendment of existing articles of incorporation with

certificate of incorporation. Each bank or trust company having articles of incorporation on file with the Secretary of State shall amend the articles with a certificate of incorporation as identified by Section 1005 of Title 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes using a form as prescribed by the Commissioner no later than November 1, 1997.
