Rule 6.170. JUROR HANDLING OF CONTROLLED, HAZARDOUS, OR INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCES, AND CHEMICALS

JUROR HANDLING OF CONTROLLED, HAZARDOUS, OR INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCES, AND CHEMICALS Jurors must be advised if any controlled, hazardous, or infectious substances, or chemicals to be handled in the jury room present a danger and must be provided instructions on safe handling, including providing protective devices, if necessary.
