OAR 345-060-0015. Vehicles, Operator, Equipment

(1) The carrier shall maintain all aspects of vehicles, operators and equipment in accordance with OAR 740, division 100. These Oregon Department of Transportation rules reference the requirements of 49 CFR 390 through 397 in effect as of the date of this rule. (2) Rail carriers shall maintain all aspects of vehicles, operators, and equipment in accordance to applicable Federal Railroad Administration regulations, including, but not limited to 49 CFR Parts 200-299.
