OAR 407-070-0000. Race, Ethnicity, Language, and Disability Demographic Data Collection Standards

(1) Pursuant to ORS 413.161, the Oregon Health Authority, in collaboration with the Oregon Department of Human Services, established uniform standards, based on local, statewide and national best practices, for the collection of data on race, ethnicity, preferred spoken and written languages and disability status. These standards are set forth in OAR 950-030-0000 to 950-030-0200 and 950-038-0010. (2) The Oregon Department of Human Services adopts and incorporates by reference the rules established in OAR 950-030-0000 to 950-030-0200 and 950-038-0010 for those matters related to data collection standards.
