OAR 411-360-0290. Enjoinment of Operation

The Department may commence an action to enjoin operation of an AFH pursuant to ORS 443.775(8): (1) When an AFH-DD is operated without a valid license; or (2) After notice of revocation or suspension has been given, a reasonable time for placement of individuals in other homes has been allowed, and such placement has not been accomplished.
