OAR 411-435-0010. Statement of Purpose

(1) The rules in OAR chapter 411, division 435 ensure: (a) Individuals receiving ancillary services are able to maximize independence, empowerment, dignity, and human potential through the delivery of flexible, efficient, and suitable ancillary services. (b) Equal access to individuals who are eligible for the ancillary services provided through these rules. (2) Ancillary services are provided by the Oregon Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Disabilities Services through the Community First Choice state plan, 1915(c) waivers, and family support funds.
