OAR 411-440-0090. Complaints about the Children's Extraordinary Needs (CEN) Program

(1) Complaints related to the administration of the CEN Program must be made directly to the Department and may be made orally, in writing, or by using the Department's Complaint Form (0946). (2) A complaint shall be addressed by the Department according to OAR 411-318-0015.
