OAR 411-058-0070. General Liability Insurance Requirements

(1) An applicant must demonstrate that it maintains at least $1,000,000 per occurrence in general liability insurance, as described in OAR 411-058-0020. (2) A referral agent must maintain a commercial general liability insurance policy in an amount of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence throughout the entire period of registration on an uninterrupted basis as described in OAR 411-058-0020.
