OAR 411-060-0000. Purpose

The purpose of these rules in OAR chapter 411, division 060 is to establish requirements for Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Residential Care Facilities to ensure all residents, Facility Staff and Associated Staff are tested for COVID-19. The scope of these rules includes requirements for admission testing, routine testing of staff, and ongoing outbreak-associated testing.
