OAR 411-065-0025. Staffing Requirements

(1) The provider must have staff of sufficient number and qualifications to meet the specialized needs of the target group. (2) The number and quality of staff will be specified by the Department contract at the time of approval of the contract. At least one staff person must be in attendance at all times when a resident is on the premises.
