OAR 411-069-0130. Final Order of Payment

The Department shall issue a final order of payment for deficiencies and/or penalties when: (1) Any part of the deficiency or penalty is upheld after a hearing; (2) The facility did not make a timely request for a hearing; or (3) Upon the stipulation of the facility and the Department.
