OAR 411-070-0029. Pediatric Rate

(1) The pediatric rate shall be for those facilities meeting the criteria established in OAR 411-070-0452 as pediatric nursing facilities or as self-contained pediatric units. (2) The pediatric rate shall constitute the total rate payable by SPD on behalf of the individual.
