(1) Costs for direct care and dietitian consultant services to the staff of the facility will be allowed. (2) No other consultant costs will be allowed. (3) Payment for treatment and evaluation provided directly to an individual resident by medical providers will not be paid by Seniors and People with Disabilities Division.
