OAR 411-087-0250. Day Care Services

(1) Facilities admitting day care residents shall have 40 square feet of dining, recreation, living and sleeping areas in addition to space required for other residents. (2) Facilities admitting day care residents shall have either an unassigned bed or a folding cot in an area where rest and privacy can be provided for each resident. (3) There shall be one toilet and one lavatory available for every 15 day care residents. Such facilities shall be in close proximity to the area used by day care residents.
