OAR 413-015-0403. Assignment of CPS Assessment

(1) A CPS assessment may only be assigned to a Child Welfare employee whose current position is a CPS worker, a CPS supervisor, or an employee who meets the definition of CPS worker. (2) Whenever possible, separate CPS workers must be assigned to complete the assessments of allegations when a parent is a child and they are an alleged perpetrator and an alleged victim.
