OAR 413-020-0060. Purpose

These rules, OAR 413-020-0060 to 413-020-0090, describe: (1) The circumstances in which a voluntary placement agreement can be requested for placement of a child or young adult: (2) The responsibilities of the parents, guardians, Indian Custodian, or young adult and the Department in connection with these agreements.
