(1) To further protect children from abuse and neglect, the Department checks all SOC contractors against the Department’s child-abuse and neglect-assessment information. (2) The Department maintains the confidentiality of client information in accordance with its administrative rules on confidentiality, OAR 413-010-0000 to 413-010-0075.
