OAR 413-070-0944. Legal Expenses of a Guardian

The Department may not authorize payment for legal services provided: (1) For the potential guardian, guardian, or successor legal guardian in connection with a contested case hearing; or (2) To defend or retain a guardianship upon challenge by another party once a guardianship is established.
