OAR 414-330-0300. Program Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for eligibility to participate in the Micro-Center Pilot Program, applicants must: (1) Hold an active license administered by the Department; (2) Serve a minimum of three children and have a maximum licensed capacity of 30 children; and (3) Provide child care for more than four hours a day.
