OAR 419-450-0010. Homeless, Runaway, and Transitional Living Shelters: What Law Applies

(1) These rules, OAR 419-450-0010 to 419-450-0120, regulate a child-caring agency that provides residential services for homeless or runaway youth, pregnant or parenting girls, or other children in care working towards independent living. (2) A child-caring agency that provides residential services for homeless or runaway youth pregnant or parenting girls, or other children in care working towards independent living must also comply with OAR 419-400-0005 to 419-400-0310.
