OAR 441-035-0050. Isolated Issuer Transaction

(1) An exemption is granted pursuant to ORS 59.035(15) for any isolated issuer transaction not involving a public offering. (2) For purposes of this rule, an “isolated issuer transaction” shall include sales by or on behalf of an issuer to three or fewer persons during any 24-month period.
