OAR 441-035-0100. Resale Limitations

(1) An OIO security may not be resold by an investor during the six (6) month period immediately after purchase, except: (a) To the issuer; or (b) To another resident of Oregon pursuant to an order of registration under ORS 59.065. (2) After the immediate six (6) month period has ended, an OIO security may also be sold pursuant to an available exemption to securities registration requirements under ORS 59.025 or 59.035 or accompanying rules.
