OAR 441-505-4020. Exemption for Out of State Trust Company

An exemption from the trust company certificate of authority and deposit requirements is created under ORS 709.030(4) for an out-of-state trust company that: (1) Has no office in this state; (2) Is regulated in its home state by an authority comparable to the Division of Financial Regulation; and (3) Does not engage in soliciting trust business in Oregon.
