OAR 441-755-0300. Required Books and Records

(1) For each payment instrument cashed, the licensee must record the following information: (a) The face value amount of the payment instrument; and (b) The fee charged. (2) The information required in section (1) of this rule may be maintained manually or in electronic format. (3) Records for all licensed locations may be maintained at the licensee's principal place of business.
