OAR 441-910-0030. Renewal

A debt management service provider shall renew a registration by completing the following on or before December 1 of the year the debt management service provider’s registration expires: (1) Submitting a renewal request through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System; and (2) Paying any required fee for renewal under OAR 441-910-0055.
