OAR 462-140-0160. Horse Handicapper

(1) The handicapper shall assign the weights to be carried by each horse in a handicap, and shall add to the weights for each handicap the day and hour from which winners will be liable for weight penalties. (2) If there are no penalties to the weights, no alteration of weights shall be made after publication. In case of omission, through error of the name or weight of a horse duly entered, the omission may be corrected.
