In accordance with the provisions of subsection (2) of ORS 657.676, the following employees are designated by the Director as having the authority to act for and in the name of the Director in matters of reconsideration and correction of determinations of employer subjectivity, tax rates or tax assessments: (1) Deputy Director; (2) Assistant Director for Unemployment Insurance; (3) Manager of Tax; (4) Supervisor of Central Operations; (5) Supervisor of Field Operations.
